Proinelca Power closed with COBRA a contract to carry out the engineering, manufacturing and commissioning of the control system, SCADA, protection system, synchronization and measurement, voltage regulator, auxiliary services, etc., of the «Renace III hydropower plant (3 x 22MW) and 230kV substation» in Guatemala.
